Lady Jaz II is a lovely example of the Seamaster 8M and this classic river cruiser offers plenty of space and accommodation for 4, making her ideal for family holidays and adventures. She has been lovingly maintained by her current owners and features many original fixtures and fittings. £15,000
In the spacious aft cabin, a bench seat to starboard easily converts to a double bed. The galley to port boasts a large work surface with ample storage, a 2 burner hob and grill, a solar powered fridge with it’s own dedicated battery, sink with hot and cold water. The large windows allow for bountiful light and magnificent views of the river.
There is plenty of seating and space for socialising in the centre cockpit. A sunbed to the aft allows for comfortable lounging and the cockpit can be completely open to enjoy beautiful weather. The canopy was new and fitted in May 2021. The helm seat provides access to the wheel and all the controls and gauges needed to pilot the vessel. The windscreen folds down allowing the vessel to navigate the whole of the Thames. Deck boards lift to give access to the twin engines, whilst batteries are stored in lockers to starboard, and 2 x gas bottles in a locker to port.
Forward of the cockpit is a dressing area consisting a full length hanging locker, and a built in unit with drawers. The heads to starboard has a cassette toilet, wash hand basin, and a shower. A sliding door from the vanity area leads to the forward cabin where the V berth converts into a very spacious double with the addition of an infill section. Memory foam mattress toppers provide extra comfort if needed, and can be stored in the lockers beneath the berth when not in use.
Wood panelling has been refurbished throughout, and there is new headlining in the aft cabin. Lady Jaz II sports her original stylish vinyl cushions and Formica worktops.
Outside, Lady Jaz II has wide side decks and foredeck allowing for easy access and navigation around the boat. She has a swim platform to the rear, and window covers for when the vessel is not in use. She has been winterised every year and comes with a comprehensive stack of paperwork documenting purchases and work carried out, as well as records from previous owners.
Lady Jaz II offers a lot of space and she comes ready to safely cruise the river with a diesel heating system, navigation lights, anchor, mooring cleats, bow roller, lines, new fenders, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguishers, glass hammers and life buoy. Her Boat Safety Scheme certificate is valid until 04/08/2027.
